The beginning of spring is a great time to review your diet, and sometimes I struggle getting as many veggies into my diet as I should. Here is my recipe to make a simple green smoothie for beginners that is healthy, tastes amazing, and it's made with 5 ingredients in less than 5 minutes. Have one of these a day as a meal replacement & increase your water intake and you’ll notice a glow in your skin!
Ingredients
* 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
* 2 cups spinach frozen
* 1 small banana frozen
* 1 cup of frozen mango, blueberry, or strawberries
* 1/4 ripe avocado
Instructions
* Put ingredients into the container of a @vitamixca @vitamix blender in the order listed.
* Start blending on low speed and increase to high.
* Blend on high speed for 50-60 seconds until mixture is smooth.
* Pour into glasses and enjoy!
